HOW WE DO PRODUCTION
DESIGNING
ALIF INDUSTRIES will assign a dedicated designer to your manufacturing project. Our specialized designer will combine your ideas to create a sample.
Be sure to engage with our designer before proceeding.
MATERIAL SELECTION
In this step, customers decide on the fabric and trim to use for order manufacturing. You can decide for yourself, or you can contact our expert to choose the best material. We’ll also help you choose the perfect trims, zips and buttons.
SAMPLE FOR APPROVAL
To make sure we maintain our products quality and avoid misunderstandings we always dispatch product samples at your place as per customer required. We start textile garments manufacturing for bulk orders only after our samples are approved by the customers.
BULK PRODUCTION
No matter what size of order you place with us, you need to approve the sample first before we start manufacturing. There are some cases with our existing clients where we directly proceed towards bulk productions. but with the new clients we start bulk once the sample is approved.
QUALITY CHECKING
ALIF INDUSTRIES will supply products that fully conform to our customers’ quality and delivery requirements. We will continue to improve our products and services to meet or exceed our customers’ requirements and expectations through constant evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.
